We have worked with regulators such as the Central Bank of Nigeria, Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria Stock Exchange, Nigeria Communications Commission, and a lot of others supported by International Finance Corporation, the World Bank, and institutions like The Lagos Business School.
Today, the Society is promoting proper board structure, composition, and compliance, as well as creating corporate governance awareness in a rapidly changing world – We have achieved this through our corporate governance advocacy and advisory services, board evaluations and board enhancement programs, training programmes, conferences and breakfast Meetings, research resources, collaborations with international organistions and a diverse members’ network of individuals and corporate organizations. We undertake research, utilising insights and data to establish an ethical corporate culture in Nigeria, leading to enhanced financial viability and sustainability of organisations to build national progress and prosperity.
