Gianni Moor

Gianni Moor has served as the Chief Operating Officer of mageba Group since 2001, bringing over 25 years of extensive international management experience to the role. A civil engineer by training, Gianni holds a degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, where he was awarded the Culmann Prize for the best degree dissertation. His early career at mageba began in 1992 as a Project Manager, followed by a promotion to Sales Manager in 1995.
After leaving mageba in 1996 to complete an MBA at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, Gianni worked in Lagos, Nigeria, and furthered his studies at IPADE Business School in Mexico City. He then joined Europraxis, a management consulting firm in Barcelona, where he specialized in corporate restructuring projects across Europe as a Senior Consultant.
Gianni is an authentic leader known for his high cultural-emotional intelligence and a consensus-based, solution-oriented approach. He has led multicultural teams across Europe, Asia, North and Latin America, and Africa, successfully managing several mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integrations, and complex restructuring cases involving multiple banks. His experience also extends to serving on international boards of directors, contributing to his reputation as a highly capable executive in global management
